A2 Music Video: Preparation

For filming the music video, I wanted to check what time we were filming. I posted on my sisters Facebook asking her when we were going to film tomorrow. I received quite a quick response.

A2 Media - Conversation Joe's Storyline?

My sister and I were having a conversation about what Joe's storyline is going to be in the music video. We decided that he was going to comfort a girl who has received some bad new from the hospital. We don't really know what the bad new is because we've just got an idea of the camera showing the hospital, the sad girl and Joe helping the girl. It won't be a very long storyline because the clip doesn't need to be that long because we already have a main storyline for Jake because he has his own verse in the song. This is just an idea that we have had, we don't know whether we are actually going to use it yet.

A2 Music Video: Preparation MASKS!

Today we went into to Pound Land to have a look for cheap masks for the boys to wear in the music video. We saw these cute masks. We bought four of these masks because there are four super hero boys in our music video. Although they aren't boys masks; they are for girls. We just thought they are cheap because they are only a pound each and it will be easy to make them a bit more masculine. What Lysette and I are thinking of doing is; cutting of the holding stick, removing the feather, putting some elastic through them and turning them the other way so there is no glitter on the front so they won't look so feminine. We are hoping to do this tonight ready for filming tomorrow. It won't take us very long get these done hopefully. So we have our main costume sorted, the boys are just wearing they're own casual clothes so the music video won't look so overdone and cheesy.

We already decided that we were going to film with the boys straight after school on Thursday. So I wanted to keep checking they were OK with it still. So I posted on they're facebook's, so they would reply to me to make sure filming was still on.

At school today; we decided we were going to do some filming for the music video after school, around our area where we live. We decided with the boys, that we would film on Thursday because this is the day where that they are all available to film. All four of them are coming over to be in our music video straight after school.

A2 Music Video: Possible Actors

We haven't got the extra girls yet for the music video, we thought that us two (my sister and I) would just be the boys girlfriends in the music video. This would make it a lot easier because we wouldn't have to find time where everyone was available to film. If we use us in it we know we will be able to do it so it's just much more achievable this way.

A2 Music Video: Preparation

To make the music video look much more real, we wanted to give all the boys a copy of the lyrics and tell them which parts they will be miming to, so they know what they are singing and when; When it comes to filming it. Jake and Chad both said they will sing a verse each for us, so we had highlighted the bits they are singing and hopefully they will learn it for next week. Even though some of the music video doesn't involve miming, we want all the boys to know the song fully just incase we can't achieve what we want to with the narrative clips.
